🐶 CSR (Client Service Representative)

We’re looking for team members who enjoy working collaboratively, communicating openly, and supporting one another across both of our hospital locations. Our team rotates between Ashburn and Brambleton, creating a dynamic work environment with strong teamwork and shared responsibility.

We value individuals who are adaptable, eager to learn, and motivated to provide personalized, high-quality care to every patient and client.

What you’ll do:

  • Welcome clients and patients and help create a positive experience
  • Schedule appointments and manage communication between both locations
  • Answer phones and assist with client questions
  • Support daily operations of the front desk

What you need:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfort with multitasking and learning new systems
  • Customer service experience preferred
