Job Description

• Annealing Operator – 3rd Shift• Location: Monroe, WI• Shift Hours: Monday – Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM• Pay Rate: $20.00/hour (includes $1.00 shift differential)

Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Annealing Operator to join our 3rd shift production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating the annealing furnace, packaging materials to customer specifications, and supporting quality and safety standards throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload trays into the annealing furnace as scheduled

  • Operate forklifts to move materials as required (certification preferred)

  • Follow load and packing instructions to meet customer requirements

  • Conduct quality checks in accordance with QRR and control plan standards

  • Identify and report any nonconforming product or waste immediately

  • Halt production if necessary to prevent defective output

  • Communicate with supervisors and quality team on production issues

  • Participate in continuous improvement and cost reduction efforts

  • Maintain a clean and safe work area

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent; prior manufacturing experience preferred

  • Ability to read and follow detailed work, load, and packing instructions

  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus

  • Forklift experience and certification preferred

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and occasionally lift more than 70 lbs

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Excellent communication and professionalism

  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability are a must
