This role reports directly to the Accounting Manager and plays a key part in ensuring accurate and efficient financial recordkeeping.This is a partially on-site position with required in-office days on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday (9:00 AM–5:30 PM). Monday and Wednesday offer flexibility to work in office or remotely.Why join us?Hybrid flexibility - contract positionJob DetailsKey ResponsibilitiesEnter invoices, bills, and financial documents into the accounting system with accuracy and efficiencyVerify entries and ensure all items match supporting documentationRoute invoices to internal team members for approvalCode and post AP invoicesPrepare journal entriesAssist with vendor account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies related to invoices or paymentsFollow company accounting procedures and compliance standardsQualificationsExperience in agriculture, multi-entity accounting, or intercompany activity is a plusKnowledge of NetSuite preferredStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlinesProficient in Microsoft ExcelStrong written and verbal communication skillsQuick learner and resourcefulCompensationHourly Rate: $23–$27 per hour (depending on experience)Work ScheduleIn-office: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (9:00 AM–5:30 PM)Hybrid option: Monday and Wednesday may be worked on-site or from homeInterested in hearing more?
