Apartment Maintenance $800+ WEEKLY!Join SAVARD Personnel Group - where your skills are valued! Work in a residential apartment community performing general maintenance, repairs, and apartment make-readies. Key Requirements:
- Must have previous experience in property maintenance.
- Perform general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
- General labor and property upkeep, such as litter clean-up.
- Minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls, and replacing.
- Conduct regular inspections to determine areas that need attention and thenperform the tasks.
- Must be able to use small hand tools.
- Must have good customer service.
- Previous HVAC experience is a plus.
- Must be ok with a drug screen.
- Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
