Job Description

AIR Communities is hiring an Apartment Resident Relations Specialist at Crosstown Walk + Overlook at Crosstown Walk in Tampa, FL.

In this role, you will support prospective and current residents throughout the leasing process, conduct community tours, and work toward monthly leasing goals. What We Offer

$24.00-$25.00 per hour, based on skills and experience.
Commissions for new leases and renewals.

What You Will Do

Follow AIR's sales process, including prompt follow-up with prospective residents.
Schedule and conduct community tours, helping prospects evaluate whether the community is the right fit for their housing needs.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly leasing goals.
Deliver a professional and responsive experience for current and prospective residents.
Provide leasing support to other AIR communities as needed.
Participate in community marketing efforts.
Maintain compliance with Fair Housing laws and regulations.
