ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER – CLEAN ROOM / LAB / HEALTHCARE – BALTIMORE!

A leading General Contractor in Baltimore is looking for an Assistant Project Manager with clean room experience to join their growing team! This role offers $90,000 - $105,000, exceptional career growth, financial stability, and a great work-life balance.

CLEAN ROOM APM QUALIFICATIONS:

️ 6+ years of construction experience, including clean room, laboratory, and hospital projects

️ Understanding of controlled environments, cleanroom classifications, and the related MEP coordination

️ Ability to manage RFIs, submittals, schedules, and subcontractor coordination

️ Support project managers with budgets, change orders, commissioning, and closeout

️ Strong communication skills with owners, design teams, and field staff
