Opportunity:

Advanced Practice- Physician Assistant- Hematology Oncology, Nurse Practitioner- Hematology Oncology

Job Details:

Clinic schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with one hour lunch
First call coverage Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM for symptom support and treatment management, with escalation to MD for consult as needed
Patient variety includes on-treatment patients as well as follow-up visits for surveillance and survivorship patients
Provider will be assigned to a care team alongside an attending physician
Approximately 12 patient encounters per shift
Guaranteed 8 hours per day with overtime applicable after 10 hours
Board certification required; minimum board certification eligible accepted
Fellowship experience required
Long-term housing may be available if needed
