Job Description
Opportunity:
Nurse Practitioner - Critical Care
Job Details:
- PRN (bench) position available to fill in shifts as needed to cover schedule gaps
- 12-hour shifts with start times at 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM, covering either 6a-6p/6p-6a or 7a-7p/7p-7a
- Must be available for both day and night shifts
- Critical care coverage across Medical ICU, Neuro ICU, and Cardiac ICU
- Adult patient population with approximately 15 patients per day
- Strong knowledge of assessment and management of critical illness required
- Ability to perform central line and arterial line placement preferred but not required
- EMR system: Cerner
- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, APRN
- Board certification required
- Minimum of 1 year of critical care experience required
- Compact state license preferred
