- 1 Year delivery driving experience in a commercial vehicle required
- Deliver household appliances to different addresses and different routes
- Follow route and schedule
- Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate delivery vehicle
- Ability to operate hand truck dolly and pallet jack in a variety of weather and traffic conditions
- Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
- Ensure the efficient use of materials and keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced
- Must be able to lift and move a minimum of 50 to 100 lbs.
- Install home appliances/equipment
- Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required
- Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
- Valid Driver's License with a clean record
- Must be at least 25 years of age
- The ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis, and up to 100 pounds on an occasional basis with assistance, and the physical ability to perform strenuous work under varied circumstances
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, or crouch.
