Application Analyst (Axiomsl)

As a Application Analyst (AxiomSL) reporting to Sr. Manager - Software Engineering, you'll play a critical role in enhancing client experiences by building regulatory reporting solutions that help financial institutions meet complex compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze regulatory reporting requirements and templates to define accurate reporting logic and data relationships.

• Develop report logic, templates, and validation rules using AxiomSL proprietary software.

• Build data-transformation algorithms to convert incoming data into structures suitable for regulatory report generation.

• Perform unit testing of report builds and prepare documentation to support delivery to end users.

• Partner with internal stakeholders across functions to align on objectives and deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

• Advanced Excel skills with a good understanding of database concepts (Oracle or MS SQL Server preferred).

• Clear communicator with experience in collaborative team environments.

• Fast learner with strong teamwork skills and effective English communication (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, accounting, regulatory reporting, or fintech.

• Familiarity with software development lifecycle phases and release-management processes.

• Exposure to client-facing product development.

This position will be located in Wroclaw, Poland and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
