Job Description
Mile Bluff Medical Center is offering a one-year tuition assistance program for students at Western Technical College who are pursuing an associate degree in nursing (ADN). Thanks to an Allied Health Professional Education and Training Grant, Mile Bluff is providing financial support for individuals in the ADN program. Selected recipients will receive: Up to $7,500 to cover tuition, course fees, and exam fees Guaranteed placement in a Registered Nurse position after graduation Nurse Mentorship by a seasoned nurse Eligibility requires applicants to be currently enrolled in the nursing program at a Technical College and to commit to two years of employment at Mile Bluff after completing their degree. Upon graduation, recipients will be placed in an available registered nurse position at Mile Bluff, with the possibility of transferring to a different department later. This competitive funding opportunity is open to all ADN students who have been accepted into the nursing program. Recipients will be selected through a formal interview process.
