Introduction

This role is responsible for monitoring, completing, and tracking compliance deliverables to ensure applications adhere to policies, standards, and local laws, rules, and regulations. The position involves engaging with infrastructure teams, developers, technical managers, compliance teams, and vendors to ensure timely completion of compliance and application management activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2 years of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Client QC / ALM, MySQL, Python
  • Software Development & Architecture (e.g., Java, Python, SQL)
  • Database Management (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL)
  • Integration & API Management (REST/SOAP) ;  DevOps & CI/CD Tools (Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket)
  • Cloud Platform Experience (AWS, Azure, etc.)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Completes administrative, technical, and non-technical tasks related to risk, security, and other compliance deliverables on time and per requirements for the application supported.
  • Tracks and supports the technical security and risk activities performed by development teams, engineering teams, or vendors.
  • Works with technology infrastructure teams to incorporate infrastructure requirements.
  • Assists with audit exams and risk assessments for applications when authorized.
  • Works closely with vendors for vendor applications to ensure they meet bank requirements.
  • Maintains data about the application in AppHQ and other systems of record.
  • Handles application onboarding and decommissioning requirements.
  • Assists with ad hoc inquiries and questions about applications.
