Application Support Analyst will maintain and support core line of business applications.
Key responsibilities
■
■Maintain and support core line of business applications.
■Configuration and set-up according to Business Requirements
■Vendor management and communication
■Monitor, troubleshoot and analyse issues within the Systems.
■Assist in client on-boarding and new systems Implementation projects
■Core systems major upgrades
■Documenting changes and design of the application
■Change management
■Provide sound, quality and technical guidance to clients and internal stakeholders
■Perform other tasks as necessary to support team development
■Any other duties in the scope of the role
that the company requires.
Skills / experience
■3 years or more experience in a support role
■Excellent team player
■Improvement initiatives
■Proactivity
■Performance and process driven mindset
■Root cause analysis
■Microsoft technologies and architecture
- SQL
- IIS
- Server platforms
■Good written and verbal communications skills (English)
■Highly motivated with ability to multitask
■FrontInvest / Capital Tracker system knowledge is a plus;
