Known for its disciplined investment approach and data-driven decision-making.Position SummaryThis role will support and enhance systems used across debt origination, asset management, and portfolio management. This role focuses on improving data integrity, optimizing workflows, and ensuring applications align with business needs. The position sits at the intersection of real estate, data, and technology, requiring both technical and functional expertise.Responsibilities
- Support and administer business applications related to debt and portfolio management
- Customize and configure systems to align with business workflows
- Ensure data quality through validation, mapping, and QA processes
- Collaborate with asset management, portfolio management, and IT teams
- Manage user onboarding, permissions, and training
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with external vendors
- Maintain documentation and support ongoing system improvements
- 4+ years in business systems, applications, or financial systems roles
- Experience in real estate or financial services environments
- Strong SQL and advanced Excel skills
- Familiarity with platforms such as Argus, RealINSIGHT, Backshop, Chatham, or similar
- Experience with data validation, system configuration, and workflow optimization
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
