Honest Abe Roofing is looking for a motivated Roofing Sales Consultant to meet with homeowners, inspect roofs, and provide solutions that protect their homes.
Unlike many sales roles in the roofing industry, our consultants work primarily with company-generated leads and scheduled appointments-not cold calling.
If you enjoy working independently, meeting homeowners, and building trust through professional recommendations, this role offers strong earning potential and long-term career growth.
What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners during scheduled appointments
- Perform roof inspections and identify repair or replacement needs
- Present roofing solutions and project estimates
- Help homeowners understand their options and make confident decisions
- Manage follow-ups and maintain communication with customers
- Work closely with our production team to ensure projects run smoothly

Compensation
This is a performance-based sales role with uncapped income potential.
Many consultants in this role earn $120,000+ per year, with top performers earning significantly more.
