The Opportunity

We work alongside more than 44,000 labor unions across North America, helping members access supplemental benefits they’ve already inquired about. There’s no cold calling and no door knocking — your role is to educate, guide, and support members through their benefit options.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate and lead virtual or in-person meetings with union members

• Break down benefit options in a clear, easy-to-understand way

• Help members choose coverage that fits their family’s needs

• Keep detailed records and complete necessary follow-ups

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication and people skills

• Comfortable using basic computer systems

• Self-starter with strong discipline and reliability

• Organized and able to manage time effectively

• Must be able to pass a background check
