What You’ll Do

  • Meet virtually (or in person) with members to review their benefit requests

  • Clearly explain programs, coverage options, and available solutions

  • Recommend plans tailored to each family’s needs

  • Build lasting relationships through follow-up and service

  • Take part in ongoing training and mentorship to sharpen skills and move into leadership

What You Bring

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfort using basic computer tools and online platforms

  • Self-motivation, organization, and accountability

  • Ability to manage your schedule and hit consistent goals

  • Eligibility to pass a standard background check
