Job Description
JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a Customer Service representative to join our growing team! The right candidate will have previous experience and strong attention to detail. The day-to-day duties of this role include greeting clients, answering phones, building relationships, setting appointments and driving shuttle to provide rides home to our guests.
We are looking for someone that has Data entry skills, people skills and a warm and likable personality.
Responsibilities
Work closely and effectively with clients and supervisors
Shuttle driver/parking vehicles/bank run and post office
Coordinates with parts and advisors to ensure an excellent client experience.
Process all paperwork to ensure proper documentation and to verify criteria
Stays abreast of all factory recalls, announcements, and procedures
Establish and build positive relationships with clients
Review every repair clients service needs and contact them with reminders and set appointments
Provide a weekly report to the service manager regarding calls and concerns
Report to management any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its employees, or customers
Qualifications
- Computer/software skills
- Exceptional Customer Service
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well with others and be part of a team
- General Vehicle knowledge
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
