- Pay range of $20 to $25 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses
- Monthly bonus program depending on add-on repairs
- Direct four-week track to Surface Repair Technician
- No weekends, late nights, or evenings (overtime is available)
- Paid holidays and paid time off after 6 nmonths
- Daily team meetings with breakfast provided
- Experience working with your hands- This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
- An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors- Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do
- Within 24 hours: A live team member will reach out to all qualified applicants
- Within 48 hours: We’ll schedule an in-person interview
- Within 7 days: The hiring process is typically complete, and we celebrate your first day
- Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
- Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool
- Communicate with the support team with questions
- Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
- Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit
- Problem-solve repairs with creativity

We repair small damage to surfaces like Floors, Countertops, Bathtubs, Cabinets, Appliances, Furniture, Elevator Panels … Almost Everything!. - Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is a happy customer and a long-term relationship. We focus on saving our customers time, money and wasted materials that end up in a landfill.
- Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and free of odors in less than two hours.
