  • Surface Preparation: Clean, sand, mask, and prime surfaces to ready them for painting*
  • Painting Application: Operate spray guns or HVLP systems to apply paints, sealers, and clear coats in spray booths*
  • Color Matching: Mix paints and coatings to match specific color requirements*
  • Maintenance: Clean and maintain tools, spray guns, spray booth, filters, and ventilation systems*
  • Quality Inspection: Check parts before and after painting for defects like runs or uneven spots
What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Ability to stand for the entire shift*
  • Physical capacity to bend, twist, kneel, and lift 30-50 lbs regularly without difficulty*
