Responsibilities
- Assist experienced welders in fabricating and assembling metal parts and components.
- Perform truck upfitting tasks including installation of equipment, accessories, and custom modifications.
- Learn and apply various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following all safety protocols and standards.
- Inspect and test completed welds and installations to ensure quality and durability.
- Operate hand and power tools required for welding and truck upfitting duties.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and customer specifications.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interest in welding, metal fabrication, and automotive modifications.
- Basic understanding of welding safety procedures and tool usage.
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and work under supervision.
- Good manual dexterity and physical stamina for handling tools and materials.
- Willingness to learn and continuously improve technical skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
