Are you passionate about water safety, exceptional member experiences, and creating a fun, welcoming environment? Join our team and play a key role in keeping our aquatic facility safe, clean, and operating at its best!

As a part-time (working approximately 20 hours per week) Aquatics Lead in Rochester Hills, MI, you'll help oversee daily pool operations, ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for members, support engaging aquatic programs, and maintain high standards throughout the facility. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both hands-on facility operations and building positive connections with people.

The ideal candidate has a basic understanding of water chemistry and public pool sanitation practices and is willing to obtain Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification within 30-60 days of hire.

Hours: Monday-Sunday, any time between 5am-9pm, flexible
