Description: Provide support for the Billing Supervisor, preparation and billing of customer's invoices, online portal management, and customer order processing.

Duties & Responsibilities

Invoicing of completed service work
Online portal maintenance
Respond to customer invoice inquiries
Maintain accurate and complete billing records
Customer order processing
Assist in collections as needed (90+ days)
Alternate for reception and front desk phone system.
Alternate for tech time bills
Quarterly goal setting and accountability
All other projects as assigned by management
Perform other duties as required.
