• Archery experience or knowledge is a huge plus, almost a necessity.  

• Manage & maintain 4 company websites (WordPress & Bigcommerce).
• Content creation, editing,posting, scheduling and monitoring on all social media outlets to increase engagement, following & conversions.
• Create and maintain paid social advertising campaigns in Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, google and bing for highest ROI.
• Create daily content, graphics/design, and web development to ensure high quality ads and landing pages that improve conversions.
• Produce & review reports to evaluate campaign performance.
• Ability to produce projections, audits, competitor analysis, and recommendations for business development ppportunities.
• Create and manage company giveaways.
• Introduce, manage and grow company reward and ambassador program.
• Manage field staff program including selection, promotion and tracking.
• Monitor online forums for posting and guidance opportunities
• Creating eBay, Amazon and ecommerce product listings.
• Produce, manage & optimize Weekly Mailchimp Email Campaign with over 280K subscribers.
• General marketing.
• Photography & Video production, editing & uploading.
