Job Description
Summary:
Location: Louisville, KY
Work Mode: Onsite
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders and Product Owners to understand business needs, objectives, and challenges.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, interviews, and business process analysis.
- Translate business requirements into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze current-state business processes and identify opportunities for Salesforce-based improvements.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Architects, Developers, QA, and Product teams to define effective solutions.
- Create and maintain BRDs, FSDs, user stories, process maps, gap analysis, and data mapping documents.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Facilitate stakeholder demonstrations, solution reviews, and validation sessions.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and obtain business sign-off.
- Perform impact analysis for enhancements and change requests.
- Support requirements related to data migration, integrations, reporting, dashboards, and Salesforce functionality.
- Work with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business requirements and Salesforce best practices.
- Ensure appropriate governance, security, compliance, and regulatory requirements are considered.
- Act as the primary liaison between business, product, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work effectively with distributed onsite and offshore teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis / Business Systems Analysis.
- Strong experience working with Salesforce in a Business Analyst/BSA capacity.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Experience with Salesforce Reports & Dashboards, Security Model, Lightning Experience, and Salesforce Flow.
- Familiarity with AppExchange solutions.
- Skills in requirements elicitation and analysis, user story creation, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience in business process mapping, gap analysis, and functional documentation.
- Strong stakeholder management and UAT coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodology, Jira, and Confluence.
- Experience with Visio, Lucidchart, or similar process-mapping tools.
- Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Salesforce Business Analyst Certification.
- Experience with Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs and integrations.
- Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft, or Data Cloud.
- Healthcare/Payer domain experience.
- Experience working with onsite/offshore delivery teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
