Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Planner or Designer with a strong background in architectural planning and project delivery. This individual will play a key role in shaping projects from early concept development through construction administration, ensuring design integrity and client satisfaction throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead planning and design efforts from programming through project completionDevelop functional and innovative design solutions aligned with client goalsCollaborate with senior leadership and multidisciplinary teams to establish project directionTranslate planning concepts into detailed, code-compliant building designsGuide and contribute to design presentations and client discussionsOversee coordination across architecture, engineering, and interiors teamsServe as a primary point of contact for clients on design-related mattersSupport documentation, detailing, and construction phase activities

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in ArchitectureLicensed Architect (or ability to obtain licensure in additional states)Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including healthcare-related projectsProficiency in design and documentation tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUpStrong communication, presentation, and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a collaborative environment

Preferred:

Experience facilitating user group or stakeholder meetingsFamiliarity with LEAN methodologiesIndustry credentials such as LEED AP or EDAC
