Your Role as a Project Manager Includes:

• Managing architectural projects from inception through to completion
• Collaborating with clients to understand their design preferences and requirements
• Leading teams in creating architectural construction documents and 3D models
• Presenting design proposals and gaining client approval
• Researching and selecting appropriate building materials and systems
• Coordinating with contractors, engineers, and professionals to ensure smooth execution
• Conducting on-site visits to monitor progress and resolve any arising issues
• Keeping up with the latest architectural trends to provide innovative solutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Architecture License in good standing is preferred
• Proficient in architectural design software like AutoCAD and Revit
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in managing multiple projects and meeting strict deadlines
• Familiarity with sustainable design principles and LEED certification is an advantage
