Job Summary
The Area Customer Service Coordinator provides operational and customer support across multiple Ricoh Managed Services accounts within the Omaha and Lincoln, NE regions. This onsite position covers for employee absences, vacations, and workload fluctuations, ensuring smooth daily operations and a consistent customer experience. The ideal candidate will be a dependable professional with strong customer service, multitasking, and Microsoft Office skills who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily operations of contracted services at multiple Ricoh customer accounts.
Travel between assigned sites to provide coverage for absences, vacations, or high-volume periods.
Deliver excellent customer service through mailroom, print center, and office support functions.
Assist with onboarding, training, and cross-training of onsite team members.
Develop and maintain accurate Site Procedure Guides and ensure process compliance.
Perform regular inspections of site operations for safety and quality standards.
Handle mail distribution, print jobs, toner replacement, and basic copier/printer maintenance.
Answer phones, process service requests, and escalate technical issues as needed.
Collect and report operational data to management for monthly review.
Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to business casual dress code.
Drive personal vehicle between customer sites (mileage reimbursed).
Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of related office, mailroom, or customer service experience.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Ability to manage files, navigate shared folders, and perform data entry.
Other Requirements:
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull equipment up to 400 lbs when required.
Flexible to travel between 40–50 miles across assigned customer accounts.
Must pass MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check.
