We are seeking a motivated and energetic Area Hotel Task Force Member with operational experience across various hotel departments. Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily operational support to short-staffed hotels and fill in for departmental supervisory roles.
- Travel on short notice within your assigned area and stay at locations for 1-3 weeks as needed.
- Assist with specific staffing issues through one-day trips to individual properties.
- Train and coach hotel staff on brand standards, policies, and technology.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Verifiable hotel operational experience with a strong background in multiple departments.
- Ability to travel same day and stay away from home for extended periods.
- Physical ability to stand, walk for long periods, and carry up to 30 pounds.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check.
Work Schedule & Benefits
- Full-time position with flexible shifts: 8, 10, or 12 hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
