💼 Position: Area Manager

As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for the complete oversight of a main location while managing the performance and operations of 2-3 additional locations. Your leadership will be crucial in driving revenue, enhancing the client experience, and ensuring operational excellence across all studios.

🔍 Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of your main location and ensure the success of additional locations.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and drive membership growth.
Lead and mentor General Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure team alignment and success.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics across all locations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Foster a positive and motivating work environment that aligns with StretchLab's core values.
Conduct regular site visits to assess operations, staff performance, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the leadership team to execute marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all locations.

Proven experience in a management role overseeing multiple locations, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and hold team members accountable.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in operational management and performance metrics analysis.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a diverse team.

💰 Compensation & Benefits:

Annual salary of $60,000-$65,000.
