Area Manager - Skyhawks Sports

• Maintain and grow year round relationships with existing accounts, including school districts, recreation departments, corporate partners, and community organizations.
• Collaborate with partners to plan and execute programming across all three seasons, adapting to the needs of each community.
• Recruit, hire, train, and oversee up to 30+ part time coaches seasonally making sure they embody the Skyhawks mission in every interaction.
• Manage programming, partnerships, and staff on Skyhawks' in house platform to a high standard of quality and safety.
• Serve as the local face of Skyhawks to families, partners, and the community while handling questions and concerns with care.
• Drive strategic growth to expand our reach through both internal and external sales.
• Work with our existing marketing team and interns to create and distribute program marketing.
• Partner with leadership to set, track, and hit seasonal and annual budgets and goals.
• Order, track, and inventory all sport and safety equipment and manage distribution to coaches across every season.

• Experienced in management, 2 plus years, and in building strong partnerships.
• Skilled at hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling part time staff.
• Sales experience, especially with longer sales cycles, is a strong plus.
• An athletic background with experience in at least one Skyhawks sport, with the ability to coach programs weekly as needed.
• A strategic thinker with excellent communication across public speaking, presentation, email, and phone, plus strong customer service and conflict resolution.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and comfortable with technology.
• Self motivated, adaptable, and energized by working independently while staying in close communication with your Owner/Operator.

• Base salary of $35,000-$40,000.
• Fall performance incentives and 2027 bonuses will be set in place by the end of the year, tied to seasonal and partnership growth.
