Job Description

Safety ManagerOur client is a nationally recognized builder-developer with nearly 30 years of experience delivering large-scale multifamily, student housing, life science, and mixed-use projects. With a vertically integrated model and a strong presence in the DMV region, they are known for their innovation, quality, and commitment to employee development.Job DescriptionOversee safety across all Mid-Atlantic construction projects (NJ to Richmond)Conduct site visits and safety audits; ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards

Provide training, guidance, and support to project teams

Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
