About The Role

We are seeking a results-driven Executive Sales Manager to join our dynamic US Sales team based in Utah. As an Executive Sales Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our market reach, driving revenue growth, and developing strong client relationships. This full-time, salaried position is ideal for a strategic thinker and leader who thrives in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed regional sales targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team within the Utah region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment on organizational goals.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client presentations to showcase offerings and strengthen brand recognition.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes while maintaining the highest standards of integrity.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a senior sales management role, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with a track record of motivating and driving sales teams to success.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, market trends, and regional business dynamics in Utah.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute data-driven sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools to manage and track performance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Willingness to travel as needed within the region to engage with clients and teams.
