Job Description
SUMMARY:The Area Sales Manager plans, leads, organizes, and controls the activities of the assigned sales representatives within a specified area. This role supports and enables the sales representatives by providing objectives, training, and direction. Provides customer service strategy and support for area and implements marketing initiatives.
JOB DUTIES:EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:Typically requires a bachelor's degree and five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in industrial sales and three (3) years of management experience.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: 5-10 Direct Reports
