Area Sales Manager

The Area Sales Manager is completely responsible for the success of multiple communities, driving sales the LGI way. This role will manage teams of New Home Sales Consultants, selling potential homebuyers the dream of homeownership and guiding customers through the LGI Homes new home sales process.

The Area Sales Manager will recruit, select, train, manage, and motivate their sales team to meet and exceed annual sales goals. This role is responsible for the ongoing development and training of their teams, conducting monthly goal setting sessions and facilitating group trainings each week.

Requirements

A top producing sales record and experience training, managing and motivating a team of personnel is required in this role. The Area Sales Manager must have excellent communication skills, both in-person and over the phone, and be willing to work on the weekends. A valid driver’s license is required.
