  • Advanced knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles, including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Demonstrated understanding of page layout, typography, color theory, and use of photography/illustration assets
  • Familiarity with the design process from concept through final production, including pre-press and printing essentials and best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated capability of operating in an agile and collaborative work environment
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience executing design concepts across multiple platforms
  • Ability to manage several design projects and evolving priorities at once while meeting deadlines
  • Experience with simple animation (Adobe After Effects)
