Responsible for leadership and overall management of the Client relationship one or multiple accounts. Primary contact to the Client's senior marketing team. Drives long-term business growth targets and has accountability for the budget and planning. Typically reports Group Account Director.

Tus retos serán:

Implementar y dar seguimiento a normativas de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional.
Impulsar el Plan de Bienestar y Calidad de Vida, incluyendo pausas activas ️.
Gestionar subsidios ante EsSalud y EPS (maternidad, lactancia, enfermedad, accidentes).
Administrar seguros de salud y coordinar con aseguradoras.
Controlar ausentismos y velar por el bienestar integral de los colaboradores.
Gestionar el Comité de Hostigamiento Sexual y Laboral, con un enfoque humano y profesional.

Lo que buscamos en ti:

Profesional titulado/a en Trabajo Social.
+ 3 años de experiencia en bienestar social, salud ocupacional y gestión con aseguradoras.
Manejo de Excel avanzado.
Cursos de especialización en Bienestar Social, Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional o afines.
Experiencia en contratación con aseguradoras.
Una actitud dinámica, retadora y con pasión por mejorar la vida laboral.
