This position is responsible for welding headers and related components to ASME code while producing high-quality welds capable of passing X-ray inspection.The ideal candidate has previous ASME welding experience, understands code welding requirements, and is committed to producing precision work that meets strict quality standards.Required Experience & Skills Previous ASME welding experience required Proven ability to produce welds capable of passing X-ray inspection Ability to read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and welding procedures Strong understanding of ASME code welding requirements Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Commitment to workplace safety and quality standardsEssential Duties & Responsibilities Weld headers and related components in accordance with ASME specifications Produce high-quality welds capable of passing X-ray inspection requirements Read and interpret blueprints, welding procedures, and work instructions Inspect completed welds to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications Maintain accurate workmanship while meeting production schedules Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety procedures, ASME requirements, and OSHA regulations Assist with additional fabrication and production duties as assignedPreferred Qualifications Current or previous ASME welding certifications Experience welding carbon steel and alloy materials Manufacturing, pressure vessel, or industrial fabrication experience Strong knowledge of welding quality standards and inspection proceduresPhysical Requirements Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work throughout the shift Ability to lift and move materials as needed Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment while wearing required PPE Ability to safely operate welding equipment and fabrication toolsWork Environment Industrial manufacturing and fabrication facility Quality-focused environment producing ASME code components Team-oriented workplace with an emphasis on safety and craftsmanship Consistent first-shift schedule with overtime opportunities as production requiresWhy You'll Want This Opportunity Competitive pay based on experience Long-term temp-to-hire opportunity Opportunity to work on ASME code projects requiring advanced welding skills Stable manufacturing environment with career advancement potential Supportive team focused on quality and professional growthReady to Apply?Apply today for immediate consideration or call/text 918-582-0522 for more information.You can also apply in person at:Stand-By Personnel1531 E. 2nd St.Tulsa, OK 74120Monday Friday | 8 AM 4 PM
