Job Details

Review plans, specifications, contracts, and project documents to determine project scope and requirementsPerform detailed quantity takeoffs for asphalt paving, milling, reclamation, grading, aggregate base, and related roadway/site improvement activitiesPrepare accurate, competitive cost estimates covering labor, equipment, materials, trucking, subcontractors, and indirect project costsDevelop conceptual, budgetary, negotiated, and hard bid estimatesAnalyze project risks, opportunities, exclusions, and constructability concerns throughout the estimating processEvaluate production rates, crew requirements, equipment utilization, and material quantities to build accurate pricingAnalyze historical project data and production information to continuously improve estimate accuracy and consistency
