Asphalt Paving Crew Member

We’re on the lookout for friendly, hardworking individuals who enjoy working outdoors and are eager to learn the ins and outs of asphalt paving. In this role, you'll be responsible for helping set up the paving equipment, assisting with the installation of asphalt, and making sure our work sites are safe and clean. What You’ll Do:

• Help prepare and operate paving equipment in a fun, team-based environment.
• Assist with the application of asphalt, working closely with experienced crew members.
• Keep the work area tidy and safe by following our safety protocols.
• Communicate with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the day.
• Participate in training to grow your skills and knowledge in asphalt paving.

Requirements

• No prior experience in asphalt paving? No problem! We’re happy to train you.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn are a must.
• Enjoy working outdoors and adapting to different weather conditions.
• Be physically able to lift heavy materials and perform manual labor.
• Strong teamwork skills and good communication are key!
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Willingness to travel for job sites as needed.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
