This Asphalt Paving Foreman position is located in Decherd, TN and offers the opportunity to lead roadway paving operations, work with experienced crews, and build a long-term career with a company that combines the stability of an established organization with the excitement of continued growth and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Asphalt Paving Foreman position include:

5+ years of experience in asphalt paving or heavy civil construction; foreman experience preferred
Strong understanding of DOT and municipal paving standards
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, grades, and job specifications
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate, direct, and develop paving crews
Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and traffic control procedures
Supervise asphalt paving crews, equipment operators, laborers, and truck drivers while coordinating daily operations
Oversee asphalt laydown, compaction, grading, traffic control, quality control inspections, and production goals
Maintain daily logs, coordinate equipment and material needs, and communicate with project managers, inspectors, and traffic control teams

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
