Job Title:Assembler 1st Shift

Location(s):Fenton, MO

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler for the 1st shift in Fenton, MO. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling products according to work orders and ensuring quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work hours are from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
• Obtain work orders from the lead person and check the bill of material for necessary parts and quantities.
• Read routing instructions carefully and report labor against the proper sequence.
• Review work orders for special instructions and seek clarification if needed.
• Request production assembly drawings when required.
• Inspect all parts during assembly and ensure quality checks using appropriate gauges.
• Identify and remove nonconforming materials to designated areas.
• Communicate any assembly issues to the lead person, supervisor, or inspector for corrective action.
• Maintain a clean work area and organize consumable parts after completing each work order.
• Use downtime constructively by preparing for the next work order.

Required Qualifications:

• Electrical wiring background.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. continuously.
