As an Assembler, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently assembling electronic components and products according to specifications, contributing to the production of high-quality technology solutions.
- Job Responsibilities
- Perform repetitive and detailed assembly tasks using various hand tools, power tools, and fixtures.
- Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and diagrams to ensure accurate product construction.
- Inspect components and completed assemblies for quality defects and compliance with established standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Document production activities, including completed units, rejected parts, and any issues encountered.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot assembly problems and improve processes.
- Utilize inventory management systems to track and replenish parts as needed.
- Operate light machinery and equipment as required for assembly tasks.
- Adhere to production schedules and meet daily output targets.
- Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a similar production environment preferred.
- Ability to read and understand basic assembly instructions and diagrams.
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and system navigation.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
