In this role, you’ll build and troubleshoot complex automated equipment while serving as a technical resource for the production team. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, assembly drawings, and parts lists to complete complex assemblies
• Assemble mechanical systems, conveyor equipment, and custom machinery to precise specifications
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, fitment, alignment, and operational issues with minimal supervision
• Perform equipment setup, testing, alignment, and functional verification to ensure quality standards are met
• Train and mentor junior assemblers on assembly techniques, blueprint reading, safety practices, and quality expectations
• Safely rig, move, and position equipment and large assemblies throughout the facility
• Complete production and quality documentation while supporting continuous improvement initiatives

What You Need to Bring to the Assembler:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 7+ years of manufacturing, mechanical assembly, fabrication, or industrial equipment assembly experience preferred
• Ability to independently complete complex assembly work with minimal supervision
• Strong mechanical aptitude and advanced troubleshooting skills
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and precision inspection equipment
• Ability to safely rig, lift, and move equipment in a manufacturing environment
• Strong communication skills and experience training or mentoring team members #WorkAtFriesen's
