• Perform general assembly tasks including labeling, taping, masking, coating, and assembling components to circuit boards
• Cut board assemblies from panels using side cutters or depanelizing equipment
• Use pliers, cutters, and other small hand tools during the assembly process
• Assemble circuit boards into finished electronic products
• Follow drawings, specifications, and work instructions to ensure product quality
• Complete additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager

What You Need to Bring to the Assembler – 1st Shift Role:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• General knowledge of electronic components preferred
• Ability to use small hand tools effectively
• Basic computer skills and good communication skills
• Ability to sit for up to 8 hours per day and lift up to 30 pounds
• Ability to read, write, communicate, and comprehend English
• Willingness to cross-train in different positions as needed
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check
• IPC-A-610 training preferred but not required
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
