Job Description

FieldBridge is seeking Assemblers to join a manufacturing team in Bartlesville, OK, to work for the world's largest oilfield service company. We offer weekly pay + benefits

Pay & Schedule: 1st Shift: $18.00/hour | 5:00 AM–3:30 PM, Monday–Friday | Weekly pay every Friday | Overtime available | At $18/hr and 50 hrs/week, for example, earn weekly paychecks of $990 gross.

Position Overview: FieldBridge is seeking Assemblers to join a manufacturing team in Bartlesville, OK, supporting the build of pumps, motors, protectors, gas separators, and downhole monitoring tools. This is a hands-on production role ideal for candidates with mechanical aptitude and attention to detail, whether entry-level or experienced.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble pumps, motors, protectors, gas separators, downhole monitoring tools (DMT), pressure sensitive instruments (PSI), and related equipment
Clean, oil, or sub-assemble components at the appropriate assembly station
Assemble new equipment to blueprint specifications
Load assembled units and transport equipment to test or lockplate/paint shop areas
Operate hand tools, Parmalee wrenches, and torquing equipment

Required Qualifications:

Ability to work a 10-hour shift schedule, Monday–Friday
Mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints/specifications
Comfortable using hand tools and torquing equipment
Ability to complete required NEST training (Kellyville + onsite)
Reliable attendance and ability to work in a shop/manufacturing environment
