Assembler - Sheet Metal

We are seeking a dependable Assembler to join a sheet metal manufacturing team. This role involves assembling metal components and finished products using hand and power tools while working from blueprints and detailed assembly instructions.

You will be building a variety of industrial and commercial sheet metal products, including roof hatches, access doors, floor doors, equipment enclosures, and specialty assemblies.

POSITION OVERVIEW This is a hands-on manufacturing role where accuracy, mechanical ability, and attention to detail are essential. You’ll work in a production environment assembling parts that must meet strict quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assemble sheet metal components and finished products per blueprints and work instructions
• Use hand and power tools (drills, impact drivers, rivet guns, grinders, measuring tools)
• Read and interpret blueprints and assembly drawings
• Measure, align, and fit components for proper assembly
• Install hardware such as hinges, fasteners, and related components
• Inspect parts and assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and production guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous mechanical assembly experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
• Experience using hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus
• Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work well in a team-based production environment

PAY & INCENTIVES
