Job Description
Assembler / Crimper Location: Tulsa, OK Pay: $16–$17 per hour Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Fridays as needed) Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Company: HireCall Staffing
HireCall is currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assembler/Crimper team members for a manufacturing facility in Tulsa. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, learning multiple production processes, and working in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform production and assembly tasks with precision and attention to detail
- Operate a crimping machine to assemble components according to specifications
- Follow standardized work instructions to ensure consistent product quality
- Inspect finished products for defects and maintain quality standards
- Cross-train in multiple department functions including tin line, crimping, racking, and soldering
- Use basic hand tools as part of the assembly process
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to all safety guidelines
Requirements
- Ability to read a tape measure to 1/8 inch
- Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift
- Basic knowledge of hand tools
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Willingness and ability to learn new skills and cross-train
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must pass a safety-sensitive drug test
- Must submit to a criminal and federal background check
