Job Description
Element2 Group is partnering with a growing manufacturer that is expanding its production team and is seeking an experienced Panel Builder. This position is responsible for the start-to-finish assembly of heating and cooling units, including electrical wiring, sub-assemblies, and interpreting electrical schematics.Key Responsibilities
- Assemble electrical control panels and sub-assemblies from start to finish.
- Perform point-to-point wiring and electrical connections.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Perform crimping, wire termination, and induction brazing.
- Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
- Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs as needed.
- 3+ years of electrical or mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with point-to-point wiring, crimping, and reading electrical schematics.
- Experience performing induction brazing.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
