Join our team in Mentor, OH, a city known for its vibrant community and excellent quality of life. As a Cell Technician, you will perform a variety of assembly and test functions with minimal supervision, ensuring that all products meet customer specifications and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform approved assembly techniques.
• Read, interpret, and understand assembly drawings, procedures, and instructions.
• Operate test equipment and verify its calibration.
• Conduct test audits.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tooling as required.
• Make necessary adjustments to correct irregular assemblies.
• Work closely with supervision and team members to meet production requirements.
• Assist and instruct others in daily activities as needed.
• Maintain proficiency in all assigned work and become adept at new assignments.
• Adhere to safety rules and maintain a clean work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• US Person Status.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions, procedures, and drawings.
• Good interpersonal skills and willingness to work as a team member.
• Manual dexterity and a willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.

Shift Details

1st Shift: 6 AM - 2:30 PM
